Shipping Policy

We value your purchasing decision with us and want to ensure you get the product you order safely, securely, and in perfect condition so you can enjoy it. We want to make sure you are getting your coins and we are getting our money - everyone is happy.

Packages are shipped based on the shipping options you choose. It will be the responsibility of the seller to properly package the purchased item and ship it within the allotted time chosen by the shipping option. 

 

The seller/shipper will not be held liable for any deliveries that don't make it to the customer on time if they are delayed due to extreme or harsh weather, incorrect addressing, or issues out of the control of the seller.

From the time the package is shipped, the buyer assumes all risks during transit and any issues must be resolved with the shipping carrier. The seller will send a message to the buyer at time of shipping with information pertinent to the shipment (name of mail carrier company, tracking number, date and time dropped off, location dropped off, and estimated time of arrival).
